Digital license keys or download instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Download Issues

Remote Delivery Support
Activation assistance is optional and provided only upon explicit customer request. Remote sessions are never initiated without prior written consent from the customer.
Order Cancellation
If your product is not delivered within the expected timeframe (0 to 1 business days) due to a technical issue on our end, or if you wish to cancel your order before delivery, you may be eligible for a cancellation.
